Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev urged to create a regulatory framework for the construction of apartments
The government will not prohibit the construction of apartments in Russia, but asks the state Duma to consider the question of their existence in law, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev during the annual government report in the state Duma. His words are quoted by «RIA real Estate».
«This problem really exists. This does not mean that you need to wrap and block — and so-called apartments, and the creation of that most of these hotels,» — said Medvedev in response to the question of regulation of the legal status of rooms such as apartments. According to him, all the work in this area «must be organized in the framework of improvement of the housing legislation».
«We need to understand how to govern this kind of construction (residential), whether in this case the process of transition from nonresidential to residential given the fact that the requirements for nonresidential fundamentally different» — the words quoted the Prime Minister, the newspaper «Vedomosti». In this matter the government is counting on state Duma deputies to «that these concepts dissolve, maybe not putting a blank wall between them.»
Before it became known that the Moscow officials the issue both at the legislative level to determine the legal status of the property, as well as the standards to which they should conform.
